2. Problem-F 07 (starting overcurrent):

The starting overcurrent is caused by the load is too heavy and the starting current exceeds 500% times, and the methods are: set the internal function code "0" (starting voltage) higher than the soft start, or set the function code "1" (rising time) longer, which can be set as: 30-60S. There is also whether the current limit value of the function code "4" is set appropriately, which can generally be 2-3 times.

3. Problem-F 03 (overheating):

This problem is caused by the fact that the soft starter starts too often in a short period of time, and we should inform the user not to start more than 12 times per hour when operating the soft start.

4. Fault-F 04 (input phase loss):

There are many factors that can cause this problem, some of which are listed below:

(1) Check whether the wiring between the incoming power supply and the motor is loose;

(2) Whether the output is connected to the load, and whether the load is matched with the motor;

(3) Use a multimeter to detect whether the module or thyristor of the soft starter has breakdown, and whether their trigger gate resistance meets the requirements under normal conditions (generally about 20-30 ohms);

(4) Whether the internal wiring socket is loose.

All of the above factors may lead to this problem, which can be eliminated by careful testing and correct identification.

5. Problem-F 01 (instantaneous stop):

The problem is that terminal blocks 7 and 10 are open, and only the conductor needs to short connect terminal 7 and 10 to deal with it. If the user does not particularly need external control, we can inform the user that the internal function code "9" (control method) parameter is set to "1" (keyboard control), which can prevent this problem.

6. Question-F 06 (parameter error):

To present this problem, you need to start the computer from scratch and enter the factory value once. Specific operation: first cut off the soft starter control power (communication 220V) press and hold the "PRG" button on the soft starter control panel with one finger, and then send the control power of the soft starter, release the "PRG" button after about 30S, and enter the current factory value from the beginning.

7. Problem-F 02 (starting time is too long):

In this case, we can set the parameters of the function code "4" (limit the starting current) of the soft starter higher, which can be set to 1.5-2.0 times, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the power of the motor and the power of the soft starter match, if it does not match, in the case of a big difference, the parameters are set to 4-5 times. After starting and running for a period of time, the silicon module or thyristor inside will be burned out due to excessive current.

8. Problem-F 08 (over-current):

The main reason for this problem may be that the module or thyristor is heated during operation because the load is too heavy. You can check whether the load matches the power of the soft starter, and try to use how much soft lifting and dragging the motor load.

9. Problem-F 09 (output phase loss):

The main purpose is to check whether the incoming and outgoing cables are loose, whether the soft output phase is out of phase or the motor is damaged.
