1. How to distinguish between heavy and light faults

When there is a problem with the light, the system announces the alarm signal and the fault indicator flashes. When there is a serious problem, the system will announce the problem indicator, the problem indicator will always be on, together with the announcement of the disconnect high voltage and stop the closing order, and store the problem information and the high voltage breaking command. If the heavy problem condition is not eliminated, the problem indication and high-voltage interrupting command are still useful.

2. What are the small questions

Lighting problems include: transformer overheating alarm, cabinet overheating alarm, cabinet door opening, unit bypass, system no recall to deal with lighting problems, as long as the problem is indicated, the alarm is actively eliminated after the problem disappears. If there is a slight problem during the operation of the inverter, the system will not stop. When there is a slight problem alarm when the machine is stopped, the inverter can continue to operate.

3. What is the first question

When the following problems arise in the system, it should be regarded as a serious problem. The top types of problems appear in the upper left corner of the monitor: external problems, transformer overheating, cabinet overheating, unit faults, inverter overcurrent, high voltage power loss, interface board problems, controller not communicating, interface board not communicating, motor overload, parameter faults, and master control board issues. Unit problems include fuse faults, unit overheating, drive faults, fiber fiber faults, and unit overvoltages. Regarding external problems, the high-voltage disconnection (cabinet door button or external connector) must be disconnected before the system is reset to restore the system to normal condition; After a serious problem other than an external problem occurs, it is possible to reset the system directly to restore the system to normal condition, but the cause of the problem must be found before the power is applied again. After the unit fault occurs, the unit condition can only be detected as long as the high-voltage power supply is turned on again. If the fault is difficult to analyze and it is not possible to confirm whether the high voltage can be turned on again, consult the manufacturer. Note: Don't rush to power on again until you find the cause of the problem, otherwise the inverter may be severely damaged!

4. Transformer over-temperature alarmWhen the measured temperature of the transformer temperature controller is greater than its set alarm temperature (the default setting is 100°C), the over-temperature alarm contact of the temperature controller is closed.

Check whether the operation of the top fan or the bottom fan of the transformer cabinet is normal (if the operation of the bottom fan is abnormal, the three-phase temperature difference may be large); Whether the temperature resistance is normal (whether the wire is disconnected, whether the line plug is in poor contact, whether the contact is poor, whether the temperature value is high); Check whether the filter is blocked (take a piece of A4 paper and put it on the filter to see if it can be adsorbed, otherwise clean the filter); whether the inverter is overloaded for a long time; whether the ambient temperature is too high (the ambient temperature should be lower than 45°C, otherwise ventilation should be strengthened); Whether the fan switch and contactor installed at the bottom of the front of the transformer cabinet are disconnected; Whether the fan control and protection circuits of the transformer cabinet are normal.

5. Cabinet temperature over-temperature alarm unitWhen the cabinet temperature point temperature is greater than 55°C, the system announces the cabinet temperature over-temperature lamp fault alarm.

Check whether the fan on the top of the cabinet is working normally, and whether the fan switch installed in the secondary room trips; Check whether the filter is blocked (take a piece of A4 paper and put it on the filter screen to see if it can be adsorbed, otherwise clean the filter screen); whether the inverter is overloaded for a long time; whether the ambient temperature is too high (the ambient temperature should be below 45°C, otherwise ventilation should be strengthened (ventilators installed on the wall or air ducts installed on the top of the cabinet) or refrigeration equipment); Whether the control and protection circuit of the fan of the transformer cabinet is normal.
