1. The man-made problems caused by improper operation mainly include damage to the welding torch of the welding robot, improper loading and unloading of the workpiece, and the formation of the positioner without deformation.

2. The problems caused by the poor design and manufacture of peripheral equipment mainly include: the problem of the switch and cable of the lifting platform, and the quality of some components of the teach pendant.

3. Improper environmental protection, if the humidity in the air is too large and the electrostatic action is too large, and the dust at the welding site is large, the dust in the control cabinet will be formed and malfunctioning.

4. Corrosive oxidation occurs in the interface of the plug-in board, and the contact is poor, resulting in inability to start or unstable equipment operation

Welding above is a common problem of welding robots, it is the same as all industrial robots, it is also composed of the main parts of the robot body, control cabinet and teaching programmer, only the welding robot also needs to be equipped with welding power supply, wire feeding device and welding gun device.
