(1) Power cord

Cable with 17-pin circular adapters at both ends.

The concave adapter is attached to the POWER adapter of the manipulator, and the convex adapter is attached to the M/C POWER adapter of the controller.

Insert the adapter and turn it clockwise until you hear a "click" sound.

(2) Signal cable

Cable with 68-pin rectangular adapters at both ends.

The separation is attached to the SIGNAL adapter of the robot and the M/C SIGNAL adapter of the controller.

(3) STANDARD I/O adapter

It is an adapter used to connect the input and output devices of the user.

If there is an external I/O device, connect it to this adapter.

The details of the STANDARD I/0 adapter are described in the function section [6. STANDARD I/O adapter".

(4) EMERGENCY ADAPTER

It is an adapter used to connect the abnormal stop switch and the safety door switch.

To be on the safe side, please plug in the appropriate switches for these inputs. The details of the EMERGENCY adapter are described in the function section "5. EMERGENCY Connector".

(5) AC power cord

It is a cable that provides AC 200V power to the controller.

(6) Protect the connection of the grounding terminal

Protective Grounding Terminal is a terminal for connecting the protective grounding wire.

When using peripheral control equipment such as a sequencer in a robotic system, connect this protective grounding terminal.

Use AWG #16以上的圆线 for wiring to protect the ground terminal.

(7) Mouse. keyboard

It is a combination cable used to connect the mouse and keyboard. Connect the mouse and keyboard to the cable as shown in the figure.

(8) OPTIONAL DEVICE adapter

Articulation of the operating unit or ATTEND (TEACH) control device or air stopper. If nothing is connected to the adapter in this way, the manipulator will be in an abnormal abort state and unable to operate.
