When wiring, pay attention to the following points to minimize noise
The ground wire of the power supply must be grounded in type D (the ground resistance value is 100 or less). The grounding of the manipulator's frame is designed to prevent electric shock, and it is also important to reduce the impact of electrical blockage from the surroundings. The grounding wire (green/yellow) of the manipulator tunyuan cable must be connected to the grounding terminal of the distribution system.
The details of the AC power cord of the plug and controller are described in the function article "3.2.2 Power Plug".
Try not to connect the power supply device from the power line device that is connected to the equipment that becomes the source of the noise.
The same applies when the controller is connected to the single-phase AC motor from the same power line.
Please make the power cable into a double-strand twisted cable.
Insert the AC and DC wires into the different catheters and detach them from the catheter by more than 200 mm.
For example, the power line of an AC motor. The power cord for the controller, etc., is 200 mm detached from the I/O line of the sensor, valve, etc.
Neither of the above lines should be tied with bundle wires.
Also, if you want to cross, make it orthogonal.
Keep the I/O lines as short as possible. In addition, it is necessary to use a large and necessary shielded wire, and the shield must be tightened inside the connector.
The wiring used in the wiring of the EMERGENCY connector should be the same shielded wire as the 1/O wire, and the shield should be tightened inside the connector.
Relays used in controller I/O and inductive load parts of solenoid valves must be equipped with overvoltage limiters
If there is no overvoltage limiter, a rectifier diode must be installed before the inductive load. Select a rectifier diode that generates withstand voltage and current due to inductive loads.
When switching between starting, stopping, and rotating of an AC motor (induction motor, three-phase induction motor, etc.) on a conveyor belt, it is necessary to insert a spark arrestor between the lines.
The effect is more pronounced when the motor is inserted as close to the motor as possible.
Mice and keyboards are more susceptible to static noise and power supply noise, so keep them away from noise sources as much as possible.

Introduction to the misunderstanding of robot application - Epson robot
Myth 1: Underestimating useful load and inertia
The number one misconception of robot users in the application is that they underestimate the need for useful load and inertia. Usually this is due to the fact that the weight of the tool at the end of the robot arm is not included in the calculation of the load. Secondly the formation of this error ...
