In fact, light-load operation takes up a large percentage of the time. If frequency conversion is used, the work efficiency during operation can be greatly improved.

(4) Some conditioning methods cannot reduce the operating power of the motor even if the demand is small. When the demand is small, the frequency conversion speed regulation can reduce the speed of the motor, reduce the operating power of the motor, and then achieve the purpose of further energy saving.

(5) Most single-motor drive systems cannot be adjusted according to the load. After the frequency conversion speed regulation, it is very convenient to adjust continuously, and it can adhere to the stability of pressure, flow, temperature and other parameters, and then greatly improve the working function of the air compressor.

In terms of practical operating costs: the operating costs of inverter air compressors are much higher than the purchase costs, and the operating costs will increase with the extension of the use time.
