7. Inspection of insulation. The insulating capacity of the insulating material varies depending on the degree of drying, so it is important to check the dryness of the motor windings. The working environment of the motor is humid, there are corrosive gases in the working room and other factors, which will destroy the electrical insulation. The most common is the winding grounding fault, that is, the insulation is damaged, so that the live part collides with the metal part that should not be charged such as the casing, and this fault occurs, which not only affects the normal operation of the motor, but also endangers personal safety. Therefore, in the use of the motor, the insulation resistance should be checked frequently, and attention should be paid to check whether the grounding of the motor casing is reliable.
8. In addition to the regular maintenance of the motor according to the above contents, it should be overhauled once after one year of operation.
