1. Remove the damaged encoder

2. Install a new encoder on the damaged motor

3. Find the Z signal and two power cords according to the figure, the general power supply is 5V.

4. Prepare a 24V and 5V output switching power supply with a slightly modified open circuit alarm, and connect the 0V line and Z signal line to the two optocoupler isolated inputs of the open circuit alarm.

5. Fix the 20cm crossbar on the rotating wheel of the motor, which is convenient to control the rotation angle accuracy when the motor rotates.

6. Once all the connections are complete, turn the motorcycle by hand until the encoder alarm is zero, and repeatedly try to find the best position.

7. Find a good motor, measure the zero point with the above method, and mark the mechanical zero position next to the motor and housing.

8. The UVW power cord of the motor is connected to the controllable test fixture, the two phases are connected to 24V DC in turn, the power supply time is set to about 2 seconds, and the stop position at one end of the machine must be set to be equal to the zero position of the machine just manufactured, that is, the zero position of the servo motor encoder.

9. Install the encoder at the rear end of the motor. This step is to ensure that the encoder zero mark and the motor mechanical zero are not offset, and finally connect the studs and adjustable mounting feet.

10. Connect the motor and servo amplifier correctly, and set the working mode to test run mode. Each manufacturer has different testing methods. Please read the manual carefully. If there is no hardware damage, it should be tested.

11. Use the auto-adjust function to automatically set the appropriate PID data to ensure the smooth operation of the actual operation. Because it is difficult to determine whether the engine bearings of some damaged engines meet the requirements for rated high-speed operation, engines that have undergone this treatment should also be subjected to a torque grip test and a bearing test. At the same time, the bearings should be replaced.
