The planning of dual backup redundant auxiliary power supply and loop communication cable strengthens the reliability of the UPS system.
The battery is an important but fragile link in the UPS system. In this regard, Delta has planned a variety of comprehensive battery management plans for the NT series UPS.
The two-stage charging feature of uniform charging and floating charge can quickly restore the capacity of the battery pack, and limit the size of the charging current by setting the battery AH together to prevent the battery from overcurrent charging.
Using microprocessor detection technology, the discharge cut-off voltage of the battery pack can be automatically adjusted according to the customer's actual load to ensure that the battery will not be "deep discharge of small current".
The charging system with automatic temperature compensation function can automatically adjust the charging voltage according to the temperature, so that the high temperature is not overcharged, and the low temperature is not undercharged. When any battery in the battery pack leaks and touches the battery box, because the battery box shell has been grounded with the equipment, it forms a current loop to the ground, and sparks and high heat occur at the leakage place, which may cause the battery shell to overheat and burn. UPS has a built-in automatic detection circuit for battery ground errors, and when a battery ground fault occurs, UPS will announce a positive warning and cut off the solenoid switch on the battery side together, which can isolate the battery to prevent risks. With the powerful monitoring software, it can also set up a regular discharge test for UPS battery safety, activate the battery, and find the fault point of the battery pack in time.
NT series UPS has super load adaptability, whether it is instantaneous load, overload, short circuit or 3-phase power unbalanced inverter, it can maintain excellent output characteristics, and do proper maintenance to prevent damage to the load and the inverter itself.
