The operation method of transformer DC resistance tester:
1. The instrument test has a total of YN winding three-phase test, YN winding three-phase phase-by-phase test, low-voltage winding magnetization method test of ironcore five-column low-voltage angular transformer, low-voltage winding phase selection test and general four-terminal method of ironcore three-column low-voltage angular transformer.
2. Press the method button to select different test methods and test the current.
3. The instrument repeats the test of current and potential, and the LCD screen shows the resistance value of the repeated test, if the repeated test results indicate that the instrument is operating normally, and the test value should be checked whether the wiring is correct when the error is large compared with the factory value.
4. After the test is over, press the reset button to disconnect the charging circuit, the instrument is designed with a fast discharge circuit to release the energy stored in the winding, press the reset button after the buzzer sounds on behalf of the instrument operating in the discharge state, the clock starts to discharge the timer, and the LCD screen displays the discharge voltage values. The buzzer stops on behalf of the end of the discharge, the LCD screen re-displays the measured data, at this time, the test line can be removed or the current can be re-selected, the test method, the tap direction is tested, and the measured data of each tap can also be viewed by pressing the → and ←.
Precautions for the use of transformer DC resistance tester:
1. For the no-load voltage regulating winding, it is not allowed to switch the switch during the power-up process
2. It is not allowed to remove the test line in the power-on over-weighing
3. After the test, the AC220V in the middle and outside suddenly loses power, and the test line can be removed only after five minutes.
4. For medium and low voltage star windings, the three-phase test is not applicable.
5. Check the AC220V power supply wiring if there is no display when the machine is turned on.
6. Check whether the internal plug-in of the instrument is loose.
