1. The inspection basis for whether the current transformer is damaged:
1. The basis for checking whether the polarity is damaged:
The primary winding of the current transformer is marked P1 and P2, and the secondary winding is marked as S1 and S2. If P1 and S1 are the same name, then this sign is called reduced polarity. The primary current enters from P1 and the secondary current comes out from S1. Polarity checking is simple, and in addition to being able to be done on a transformer calibrator, the DC inspection method can also be used.
2. The inspection basis of whether to demagnetize:
Current transformerIn the case of a sudden drop in current, the transformer core may generate remanence. For example, the current transformer suddenly cuts off the power supply in the case of high current, and the secondary winding suddenly opens the circuit. The core of the transformer has remanence, which reduces the permeability of the core and affects the performance of the transformer. The transformer should be demagnetized after long-term use. The transformer should also be demagnetized before inspection.
Demagnetization is to give the iron core an alternating magnetic field through the primary or secondary winding with alternating excitation current. The alternating magnetic field (excitation current) is gradually increased from 0 to saturate the core, and then the excitation current is slowly reduced to zero to eliminate remanence.
2. The basis for checking whether the current transformer measurement is accurate:
The error test of the transformer is generally compared with the standard transformer, and the difference between the secondary current of the two transformers is the error of the transformer under test. This test method is called the comparative method.
The standard transformer is required to be two levels higher than the transformer under test, and the error of the standard transformer is negligible. If the standard transformer is only one level higher than the transformer under test, the error of the test result should be considered plus the error of the standard transformer.

Features of Siemens APT Relays – AC Relays
1. Since the current through the AC electromagnetic relay is a changing alternating current, the magnetic flux in the magnetic circuit also changes with the alternation (sinusoidal law instead of straight line law). The suction force of the armature is varied between 0 and the maximum, so the suction of the AC electromagnetic relay is pulsating, variing.

Siemens APT Relays – Selection Principles for High Voltage Relays
1. Electrical parameter matching: The rated voltage and current of the high-voltage relay need to match the circuit demand, too small will lead to the failure of the switch, too large will waste the cost.
2. Mechanical parameter adaptation: the external dimensions, pin arrangement and wiring mode of the high-voltage relay need to be adapted to the actual installation ring.

Introduction to the advantages and disadvantages of Siemens APT relays - solid state relays
merit
1. High life, high reliability: solid state relay has no mechanical parts, the contact function is completed by solid devices, because there are no moving parts, so it can work in a high impact and vibration environment.

Siemens APT Relays – Principles and characteristics of photorelays
When the input quantity (such as voltage, current, temperature, etc.) reaches the specified value, the controlled output circuit is turned on or off an electrical appliance. It can be divided into two categories: electrical (such as current, voltage, frequency, power, etc.) relays and non-electrical (such as temperature, pressure, speed, etc.) relays. With action ...

Siemens APT Relays – The Difference Between Solid State Relays and AC Contactors
1. First of all, solid-state relays have a long service life and strong reliability. The solid state relay corresponds to the CDG1 series delicacy. This solid-state relay has no mechanical parts and solid-state devices to complete the contact function. Since the parts do not move, they can work in high shock and vibration environments. Because...

Siemens APT transformer - the use, principle and selection of current transformer
The principle of the current transformer is based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. A current transformer is composed of a closed core and windings. Its primary side winding turns are very small, string in the line of the current that needs to be measured, so it often has all the current of the line flowing through, the number of turns of the secondary side winding is relatively large, and the series ...
