The energy storage capacitor in the main circuit has a great impact on the overvoltage and undervoltage of the inverter during operation. The various parts of the inverter circuit have a certain service life, so once the inverter parts reach the service life, it will bring problems. Causes such as energy storage capacitors or other components in the main circuit may affect the main circuit, causing problems in the entire inverter. Usually, the inverter is out of service for too long, and when it reaches more than one year, a comprehensive physical examination should be done for the energy storage capacitor.
How to prevent this phenomenon from occurring for inverters that are not used for a long time?
According to the requirements, the deactivated inverter should be energized every two or three months for 20.-30 minutes each time. For the electrolytic tank that is not used for a long time, when the power is on, add about 50% additional voltage first, as long as the pressurization day is more than half an hour, its leakage current will be reduced, and it can be used normally.
In addition, for inverters with a long service life (more than five years), it is also necessary to test the capacity of energy storage capacitors. The frequent under-voltage during operation is mostly due to insufficient capacitance of the capacitor of the DC circuit, capacity decline or incapacitation.
