First, the contact is loose and cracks
The contact is the electrical touch part of the relay to complete the switching load, and the contact of some products is riveted and pressed, and its primary disadvantage is that the contact is loose, the contact cracking or the scale azimuth error is too large. This will affect the touch reliability of the relay.
The loosening of the shoveling point is caused by the unreasonable scale of the cooperation part between the reed and the contact or the improper adjustment of the riveting pressure by the operator.
Contact cracking is caused by too much hardness or too much pressure. For the contacts of different materials, the process of different materials is selected, and some contact materials with higher hardness should be annealed, and the contacts should be made, riveted or spot welded.
The contact production should be careful, because there is a tolerance in the data, so each interception length should be decided after the trial. The contact production should not have flash, pad injury and non-plumpness.
Contact riveting deviation is caused by the operator not aligning the mold correctly and touching it up and down misalignment. Contact damage, contamination, oil contamination and iron filings on uncleaned molds.
Second, the relay parameters are unstable
The appropriate part of the parts of the electromagnetic relay is riveted and cooperated, and the primary problem is that the riveting place is loose or the bonding strength is poor. This disadvantage will make the relay parameters unstable, the parameters change greatly at high and low temperatures, and the mechanical vibration resistance and impact resistance are poor. The main reasons for this shortcoming are the out-of-tolerance of the riveted parts, the improper placement of the parts, the unqualified quality of the tools or the inaccurate installation. Therefore, before riveting and welding, it is necessary to carefully check whether the tool and the riveted parts meet the requirements.
3. Deformation of the riveting parts of the electromagnetic system
After riveting, the parts are tortuous, twisted, and the pier is coarse and black, which makes it difficult to install or adjust the next process, and even forms scrap. The main reason for this shortcoming is that the riveted parts are too long, too short or uneven in riveting, the installation error of the mold or the wrong design scale, and the improper placement of the parts. When riveting, the operator should first check whether the size of the parts, the appearance, and the mold are accurate, if the mold is not in place, it will affect the installation quality of the electromagnetic system or the core deformation and pier roughness.
4. Damage to glass insulators
The glass insulator is made of metal prongs and glass sintering, and the prongs that simply appear when viewing, installing, adjusting, transporting, and cleaning, the glass insulator falls off and cracks, and the insulation and voltage resistance decreases when the gas leakage is formed, and the pin rotation will also form a touch reed displacement, which affects the reliable on-off of the product. This requires the operator of the installation to handle with care during the whole process of relay production, and the parts should be placed in the transfer box in a regular manner, and the pins are not allowed to be pulled or changed during installation or adjustment.
Fifth, coil failure
There are many kinds of coils used for relays, some are outsourced, and some are not outsourced, and the coils should be separated in a single piece and placed in special appliances, if they collide and cross-connect, they will form a broken wire when they are separated. When the electromagnetic system is riveted, the pressure adjustment of the hand lever press and the press should be moderate, and the pressure is too large to cause coil breakage or coil frame cracking, deformation, and winding breakdown. If the pressure is too small, the winding will loosen and the magnetic loss will increase. Multi-winding coils are generally headed with leads of different colors. When welding, you should pay attention to the differentiation, otherwise it will form a coil welding error. Coils with beginning and ending requirements are generally marked with the method of marking. Care should be taken when installing and welding, otherwise the relay level will be reversed.

Pilmagnetic switches – what are the requirements for a fixed safety switch?
1. The fastener itself needs to be reliable and stable enough.
2. Need to rely on special tools to remove, such as hexagon screws, star screws, etc. Phillips/slotted screws are not recommended, as in some cases they can be easily fitted with fingernails or on the go.
