1. Shielded wires should be used for signal lines and control lines, which is beneficial to avoid disturbance. 2. The transmission signal is mainly based on the current signal, because the current signal is not simply attenuated, nor is it simply disturbed. In practice, the signal output by the sensor is a voltage signal, and the voltage signal can be changed to a current signal by a transducer.

3. The closed-loop control of the inverter is generally positive, that is, the input signal is large and the output is also large. However, there is also a counter-effect, that is, the input signal is large, and the output amount is small.

4. If the pressure signal can be selected in the closed-loop control, the flow signal should not be selected. This is due to the low price, simple installation, low workload and easy commissioning of pressure signal sensors. However, when the process has flow ratio requirements and is required to be accurate, it is necessary to select a flow controller, and select a suitable flow meter according to the practical pressure, flow, temperature, medium, speed, etc.

5. The built-in PLC and PID functions of the inverter are suitable for systems with small signal changes and more stable signals. However, due to the built-in PLC and PID functions, only the time constant is adjusted when working, so it is difficult to obtain more satisfied excessive process requirements, and debugging is more time-consuming.

6. The signal changer is also often used in the peripheral circuit of the inverter, which is generally composed of Hall elements and electronic circuits. According to the signal conversion and processing methods, it can be divided into various changers such as voltage to current, current to voltage, DC to AC, AC to DC, voltage to frequency, current to frequency, one in and out to many outputs, multiple in and one out, signal superposition, signal splitting and so on.

7. The inverter is often equipped with peripheral circuits when it is used, and the methods are often as follows:

(1) Logic function circuit composed of self-made relay and other control components;

(2) Buy a ready-made unit external circuit;

(3) Simple programmable controller is selected;

(4) When using different functions of the inverter, the function card can be selected;
