1. The safety wire is blown off

In a general environment, a blown safety wire indicates that there is a problem with the internal wiring of the power supply. Because the power supply is operated in the shape of high voltage and high current, the fluctuation of the grid voltage and the surge city cause the current in the power supply to increase suddenly and cause the safety wire to be blown off. The focus should be on checking the rectifier diode, high-voltage filter electrolytic capacitor, inverter power switch tube, etc. at the input end of the power supply, and check whether the component is broken, open, damaged, etc. If it is indeed a safety wire blow, you should first check the various components on the board to see whether the appearance of these components has been burned, whether there is electrolyte overflow, if the above environment is not found, then use a multimeter to measure whether the switch tube has a breakdown short. The need to pay attention to the following: when a certain component is found to be damaged, it is impossible to start the machine indirectly after conversion, how likely it is that the converted components are damaged because other high-voltage components still have shortcomings, and all the high-voltage components of the above-mentioned electricity must be comprehensively inspected and measured in order to completely eliminate the shortcomings of the safety wire blowing.

2. There is no DC voltage output or the voltage output is not constant

If the safety wire is defective, there is no output of DC voltage at all levels in a load environment. This kind of environment must be composed of the following reasons: the phenomenon of opening and shorting in the power supply, the shortcomings of overvoltage and overcurrent, the shortcomings of the auxiliary power supply, the lack of operation of vibration electricity, the excessive load of the power supply, the breakdown of the rectifier diode in the high-frequency rectification filter electricity, and the leakage of the filter capacitor. If the output is zero when the secondary component is measured with a multimeter and the high-frequency rectifier diode breakdown and the load is short, it must be a defect in the power supply's curtailment. If part of the voltage output declares that the pre-electrical operation is general, the disadvantage lies in the high-frequency rectification filter electricity. The high-frequency filter power must be composed of a rectifier diode and a low-voltage filter capacitor to form a DC voltage output, in which the breakdown of the rectifier diode will cause the electricity to have no voltage output, and the leakage of the filter capacitor will constitute the output voltage instability. Static measurement of the corresponding component with a multimeter can detect damaged components.

3. Poor load capacity of power supply

Poor load capacity of the power supply is a common shortcoming, generally out of the old or long operation time of the power supply, the non-essential reason is the aging of the components, the operation of the switch tube is not the same, there is no timely heat dissipation, etc. It should be focused on checking whether the voltage regulator diode can have fever leakage, rectifier diode damage, high-voltage filter capacitor damage, etc.
