3. Mechanical first and then electrical

As long as it is confirmed that there are no defects in the mechanical parts, the electrical inspection is carried out. When checking the defects of the circuit, the testing instrument should be used to find the defective parts, and after admitting the defects of no contact defects, the operation of the circuit and the machinery should be checked in a targeted manner to avoid misjudgment.

4. Static first and then dynamic

When the equipment is not energized, determine the quality of electrical equipment buttons, contactors, thermal relays and fuses, and then determine the address of the defect. Energize the experiment, listen to the sound, measure the parameters, identify the shortcomings, and then repair it. If the motor lacks phase, if the three-phase voltage value cannot be determined, it should be listened to, and the relative ground voltage can be measured in a single * to determine which phase is damaged.

5. Clean first and then repair

For the electrical equipment with heavy pollution, first clean the buttons, wiring points, and contact points, and check whether the external control keys are out of order. Many of the shortcomings are caused by dirt and conductive dust blocks, and once cleaned, the shortcomings are often cleaned.

6. Power before equipment

The defect rate of the power supply part accounts for a high proportion of the entire defective equipment, so overhauling the power supply first can often get twice the result with half the effort.

7. First the general and then the special

Defects caused by the quality of installation accessories or other equipment shortcomings generally account for about 50% of common defects. The special shortcomings of electrical equipment are mostly soft shortcomings, which need to be measured and repaired by experience and instrumentation. For example, there is a 0.5kW motor that cannot carry a load, and some people think that it is a load disadvantage. According to experience, wear thicker gloves and grasp the direction of rotation of the motor, and the results are caught, which is the problem of the motor itself.

8. Exterior first and then interior

Don't rush to replace the damaged electrical parts first, and then consider replacing the damaged electrical parts when acknowledging that the peripheral equipment circuit is normal.

9. DC first and then AC

When overhauling, it is necessary to check the static operation point of the DC circuit first, and then check the dynamic operation point of the AC circuit.

10. Debugging after shortcomings

Regarding the electrical equipment with both debugging and shortcomings, the shortcomings should be cleaned first, and then debugged, and the debugging must be carried out under the premise that the electrical circuit is normal.
