(1) Conductive plastic displacement sensor
Conductive plastic displacement sensors use a special process to coat the insulating body with DAP (didipropylphthalate) resistance paste, heat and polymerize to form a resistive film, or a solid body formed by thermoplastic pressing DAP resistive powder into the groove of the insulating matrix as a resistive body. The characteristics are: good slippery, excellent resolution, good wear resistance, long life, low dynamic noise, high reliability, and chemical corrosion resistance. Servo systems for world devices, aircraft radar antennas, etc.
(2) Inductive displacement sensor
Inductive displacement sensor is a kind of linear device attributed to metal induction, after the power is turned on, an alternating magnetic field will be generated on the sensing surface of the switch, when the metal object is close to this sensing surface, eddy current is generated in the metal and absorbs the energy of the oscillator, so that the output amplitude of the oscillator is linearly attenuated, and then according to the change of the attenuation amount to complete the intention of detecting the object without touch.
(3) Photoelectric displacement sensor (photoelectric sensor):
Photoelectric displacement sensor is based on the amount of obstruction luminous flux of the measured target to measure the displacement or geometric size of the target. It is characterized by non-touch measurement, and can be measured continuously. Photoelectric displacement sensors are often used to measure the diameter of wires in succession or as edge orientation sensors in strip edge orientation control systems. The advantage is that the mechanical touch is eliminated, the life is long, the reliability is high, and the defect is the digital signal output, which is cumbersome to handle.
(4) Metal film displacement sensor
The resistive body of a metal film displacement sensor can be composed of an alloy film, a metal oxide film, a metal foil, etc. It is characterized by high resolution, high temperature resistance, low temperature coefficient, low dynamic noise, and good lubricability. Metallic glass uranium sensors,
(5) Wound displacement sensor:
Wirewound displacement sensors are made by using constantan wire or nichrome wire as a resistor and winding it around an insulating frame. The winding potentiometer is characterized by small touch resistance, high precision, and small temperature coefficient, and its defects are poor resolution, low resistance, and poor high-frequency characteristics. It is mainly used as voltage divider, rheostat, zero adjustment and working point in the instrument.
(6) Metallic glass uranium displacement sensor
The metal-glass uranium displacement sensor is made by coating the metal-glass uranium resistance paste on a ceramic matrix according to a certain pattern by screen printing method, and sintering at high temperature. The characteristics are: wide resistance range, good heat resistance, strong overload capacity, moisture resistance, wear resistance, etc., it is a promising type of potentiometer, and the defects are touch resistance and current noise.
(7) Magnetic displacement sensor
Magnetic displacement sensor eliminates mechanical touch, long life, high reliability, defects: high requirements for the working environment.

Displacement sensor failure solution - double blessing
(1) Electronic ruler
When the electronic ruler is used to a certain moment, in the face of aging problems, we should pay attention to the fact that if the seal is now aged, and there are many impurities, water mixtures and oil, then it will affect the touch resistance of the brush, resulting in the continuous beating of the displayed numbers.

Single receiver and multiple receiver for photoelectric sensors
Photoelectric sensors are generally composed of three parts: transmitter, receiver and detection circuit, and its operating principle is to first convert the measured change into the change of the optical signal, and then convert the change of the optical signal into the change of the electrical signal (this part is called the "photoelectric effect"). According to the detection method, it is not ...

Our basic sensor detection method
1. Proximity sensing.
Proximity usually refers to exploration:
a. Whether the target exists.
The scale or abbreviated shape of an object.
Proximity sensors can be divided into touch, non-touch, and imitation. The choice of sensor depends on physical, environmental, and control conditions.

How to choose an accelerometer
First, understand the digital output part. When purchasing an accelerometer sensor, you must understand the digital output, because this determines the interface between the system and the acceleration sensor, if the number does not correspond, it is inconvenient to use, so you must understand the data at the time of selection.

Application features of rotary incremental encoders
The rotary incremental encoder outputs pulses when it rotates, knows its orientation by the counting device, and remembers the orientation by relying on the internal memory of the counting device when the encoder does not move or the power goes out. In this way, when the power goes out, the encoder can not have any movement, and when the call is working, the encoder ...

What are the designs of torque sensors – we are blessed
Unlike load cells or force transducers, the measuring body of a torque transducer is not subjected to a tension load during operation, but is affected by the lever torque or torque, which can be changed. Therefore, torque sensors require special strain gauges to measure this type of load, i.e. torque. Canon...
