(2) The power supply capacity is small

What are the problems with the small power supply capacity of displacement sensors? The movement of the melt will change the appearance of the clamping electronic ruler and shake it, or the movement of the clamping will shake the appearance of the injection electronic ruler, resulting in a big error in the measurement results. Therefore, the power supply must have sufficient capacity to avoid errors in measurement results.

(3) Disturbance

Frequency modulation and electrostatic interference will cause the sensor's electronic ruler to show digital jumping, and the signal line of the electronic ruler should be separated from the strong electrical line of the equipment. The enclosure should be mandatory with a grounding bracket and excellent contact between the enclosure and the ground. In addition, the signal wire should be shielded wire, and a section of the electrical box should be grounded with the shielded wire. If you encounter static electricity disturbance, you can use a section of power cord, the cover screw of the electronic ruler and some metal on the machine to connect it. If you encounter high-frequency disturbance, you can try to verify it by stopping the high-frequency power saver or manipulator.

(4) There is no visible data

When the electronic ruler does not show data during operation, or the display data at a certain point has a regular jump, then we need to check whether the insulation of the connecting wire is damaged, and the short circuit to the ground caused by regular contact with the shell of the machine.
