Wiring method of weighing strain tension and compression sensor:
Strain gauge tension and compression load cells can be wired in two different input and output wiring methods:
The first is the four-wire connection method.
The load cell of the four-wire connection method has no special requirements for the secondary instrument panel, and it is very convenient to use, but when the cable is long, it is easy to be affected by factors such as operating temperature fluctuations;
The second is the six-wire connection method.
The load cell rules of the six-wire connection method, the secondary instrument panel used with the reaction type socket, the use standard is limited, and it is not easy to be affected by factors such as operating temperature fluctuations, and has a definite advantage in high-precision and long-distance accurate measurement.
How to wire two ways: .
Switching power supply is positive, switching power supply is negative, response is positive, reaction is negative, data signal is positive, data signal is negative. If it is a 6-wire sensor, the 2 groups of wires with small resistance of the measurement sensor are the positive response of the switching power supply; The switching power supply has a negative reaction, and the sensor is input after receiving the display, and the positive current value (MV) is accurately measured. If it is a four-line value, it is necessary to show the positive wiring of the switching power supply and the negative reaction of the switching power supply, and measure the four sensor lines with a multimeter, of which the two with large resistance are the switching power supply, and the other two are data signals;
Depending on the source of the sensor, it can be distinguished by the color of the wire. Generally speaking, it is absolutely positive switching power supply, negative switching power supply, color is positive data signal, color is negative data signal.

P+F proximity switch selection points
1. Select the proximity switch type according to the detected object. If the detection object is metal, the inductive proximity switch is preferred, and if the detection object is a non-metal such as wood, plastic, paper, water, etc., or a smaller and finer metal, a capacitive proximity switch should be selected.

Precautions for installation during the use of encoders
First of all, the following points should be paid attention to when wiring the encoder:
1. It is necessary to use a metal cable bracket and ensure that the bracket connection is connected to the ground;
2. The cable should be arranged as close to the metal parts as possible, such as control cabinet panels, beams and metal rails, etc.

The difference between DC and AC contactors – we are blessed
1. The core is different: the core of the communication contactor will suffer eddy current and hysteresis loss, while the DC contactor has no core loss. Therefore, the core of the communication contactor is made of mutually insulated silicon steel sheets, and is often made into an E-shape; The core of the DC contactor is made of a single piece of mild steel, ...

Analysis of the use of P+F encoders
1. Grating pollution This will reduce the signal output amplitude, and the oil must be quietly wiped off with absorbent cotton dipped in anhydrous alcohol.
2. Encoder connection cable failure: the probability of this fault is high, and it is often encountered in maintenance, so it should be a priority element. Generally, the encoder cable is broken ...

How to deal with the malfunction of the proximity sensor during work
What is the reason for the detection signal when no metal object is close to the switch?
The magnitude of the electromagnetically induced voltage is proportional to the current of the disturbance source, that is, the larger the disturbance current, the greater the disturbance voltage. If the proximity switch does not adopt any ...

Introduction to laser encoders
Encoder: Laser encoder is a general term for encoders with laser as the light source. According to the published material, the principle can be broadly divided into two types, namely the use of the grating method and the use of the Fourier image method. Grating thousand-related method, where a laser of wavelength is projected on a periodic grating at a distance of p, ...
