1. Single-point load cells should be handled with care, especially for small capacity sensors with alloy aluminum as elastomers, any vibration-induced impact or drop is likely to cause large output errors.

2. When designing the loading equipment and equipment, it should be ensured that the force axes of the single-point load cell overlap to reduce the impact of inclined load and eccentric load.

3. Level adjustment. If a single load cell is used, the equipment plane of the base should be adjusted to level by a spirit level; If multiple sensors are measured together, the device surface of the base should be kept on a level plane as much as possible, with the primary intention of ensuring that the force received by each sensor is essentially the same.

4. In order to prevent chemical corrosion, the outer surface of the single-point load cell can be coated with petroleum jelly when the equipment is used. Platforms with direct sunlight and drastic changes in ambient temperature should be avoided.

5. Single-point load cell loading equipment with copper weaving line bypass at both ends.

6. The cable should not be lengthened by itself, when it is really necessary to lengthen, it should be welded at the joint, and moisture-proof sealant should be added.
