Precautions for installation during the use of encoders

First of all, the following points should be paid attention to when wiring the encoder:

1. It is necessary to use a metal cable bracket and ensure that the bracket connection is connected to the ground;

2. The cable should be arranged as close to the metal parts as possible, such as control cabinet panels, beams and metal guide rails;

3. In order to prevent coupling disturbance, the possibility of horizontal running of signal cable and power cable should be minimized;

4. The cable should be reasonably routed to prevent the reserved cable from being too long and forming a trunking blockage;

5. If the space is limited, please use metal partitions, metal sleeves and metal trunking, and insist on excellent grounding;

6. Adhere to the small spacing of 2cm between the electric cabinet and other cables, and the spacing between the outside of the electric cabinet is 50cmz

7. It is necessary to lay communication cables separately from power cables, high-power cables and high-noise cables, and it is good to use metal cable sleeves with outstanding shielding;

8. It is necessary to keep the communication cable away from the severe magnetic field disturbance equipment such as motors, transformers, and inverters;

1. Each electrical interface has its own characteristics, also has different baud rate and transmission distance, can be selected according to the specific application environment of the site, the practice of transmission distance and transmission rate, encoder and communication cable device disturbance environment, grounding, cable material selection and so on have a great relationship.

2. The wire of the cable wiring encoder should be connected according to the electrical instructions of the parameter table, and the wire that is not used should be insulated and wrapped separately or an insulating sleeve should be added to prevent damage to the encoder due to short connection with other signals or power lines.

3. It is necessary for the electrical wiring to be carried out in the case of complete power failure, and it is very easy to damage the encoder if the connector or cable is unplugged and unplugged live.

4. The power supply voltage must be within the range of the rated value, and the long-term use of excessive voltage is harmful to the encoder.

5. The power supply voltage must be stable and not fluctuate much, do not share the power supply with high disturbance components (such as frequency converters, solenoid valves, contactors), and can also use filter power supply.
