2. The leakage switch does not match the load

The actual electrical load of the household is greater than the rated current of the low-voltage circuit breaker on the line. It usually occurs after new installations or new high-power household appliances such as air conditioners and electric water heaters. It is necessary to replace the matching air switch.

3. Electrical appliances or lines leakage and short circuit

When it is found that the electrical appliances used are leaking, you only need to unplug the electrical appliances with leakage problems, and then close the low-voltage circuit breaker from the beginning to send electricity. If it is found that the line is leaking or short-circuited, it is necessary to call for electricity to deal with it. After the low-voltage circuit breaker jumps away, first disconnect all the branches, and then close the power transmission one by one. When a certain circuit is closed, the low-voltage circuit breaker cannot be powered, that is, there is something wrong with the branch, and this road should be disconnected and other branches should be closed. After finding out the problem of faulty shunting, it will be corrected before sending power.

4. The incoming voltage of the power supply is too high

This is very dangerous and usually occurs in residential buildings with three-phase four-wire power supply. 5. There is a problem with the quality of the leakage circuit breaker

Check the quality of the leakage circuit breaker first. One is to check the leakage tripper, generally use the experimental button to check, when pressing the experimental button, because of the I1 shunt, so that I1 and I2 are not equal, that is, the phasor sum is not zero, therefore, the leakage circuit breaker should act, requiring tripping sensitivity; The second is to check whether the leakage circuit breaker can be closed in the no-load state, if it cannot be closed, then the leakage circuit breaker has a problem, can not be used, should be replaced (do not initiate self-repair)

6. The wiring of the leakage circuit breaker is incorrect

Check whether the phase wire of a certain electrical equipment is connected to the front of the leakage circuit breaker, so that part of the load does not pass through the leakage circuit breaker, so that the N line current of the leakage circuit breaker is greater than the phase current, so that it trips, and even cannot close the switch.

7. Leakage of electrical equipment

At this moment, the metal shell of the device is electrified, and it can be checked with a voltage tester to find out the problem.

8. The N wire and PE wire on the socket are reversed

If the connection is reversed, a zero-sequence current will be formed, causing the leakage circuit breaker to operate.

9. The N line of a lamp in the lighting circuit is taken from the socket circuit

Modern houses have multi-circuit power supply, lighting and sockets are supplied separately, the lighting circuit is controlled by circuit breakers, and the sockets are controlled by leakage circuit breakers. If the N wire of a single incandescent lamp in the lighting circuit is taken from the socket circuit, this wiring constitutes a zero-sequence current, causing the leakage circuit breaker to operate. If an incandescent lamp is not lit (after checking that the phase wire is powered and there is no voltage between the phase wire and the neutral wire), you can confirm that the N line of the lamp is taken from the socket circuit, find the neutral wire access point at this location, and wire it from the beginning, and you can deal with the problem.

10. The line trips due to leakage caused by moisture

View the junction box in the kitchen and bathroom lines. Open the damp junction box, the street inside is wet, there are water droplets, and a single nozzle is dripping, which is caused by the damage of the upper waterproof layer and the water seeping into the electrical pipeline. At this moment, all the junction boxes and switch boxes associated with it should be opened, natural drainage and natural boring treatment, and the insulation of all joints should be wrapped from the beginning, and the line will be naturally boring for 1-2 days, and the leakage problem can be dealt with (the upper waterproof layer leakage can be dealt with together) and the normal power supply will be restored. For new buildings, since they are not completely boring, the lines are more susceptible to moisture, so all rooms should be checked.

After the above reasons are found and eliminated, if the household leakage switch (leakage maintainer and low-voltage circuit breaker are assembled together, together with overload, short circuit maintenance function, still can not close the power transmission, please check the maintainer incoming, outgoing pile head and incoming line voltage, if there is no problem, and then disconnect each group of outlets, to see if there is any internal line problem, if each group of outlets is no problem, or still can not be powered, it is necessary to replace a new leakage switch.
