(1) Open modular control architecture: the distributed CPU computer structure is selected, which is divided into robot controller (RC), motion controller (MC), optical resistive isolation I/O control board, sensor processing board and programming teaching box. The robot controller (RC) and the programming teach-in box communicate via a serial/CAN bus. The main computer of the robot controller (RC) completes the functions of the robot's motion planning, interpolation and azimuth servo, as well as the main control logic, digital I/O, sensor processing, etc., while the display of the completion information and the input of the button are programmed to teach the box.

(2) Modular hierarchical controller software system: The software system is built on Linux, a real-time multi-task operation system based on open source, and the hierarchical and modular structure design is selected to realize the openness of the software system. The entire controller software system is divided into three layers: hardware driver layer, core layer and use layer. Each level in the system is composed of a number of modules with opposing functions, which cooperate with each other to realize the functions provided by the level.

(3) Robot fault diagnosis and safety maintenance technology: through various information, the robot fault diagnosis and corresponding maintenance is the key technology to ensure the safety of the robot.

(4) Networked robot controller technology: At present, the use of robots is carried out from a single robot workstation to a robot production line, and the networking technology of robot controllers is becoming more and more important. The controller has the networking function of serial port, fieldbus and Ethernet. It can be used for communication between robot controllers and robot controllers with the upper computer, which is convenient for monitoring, diagnosis and handling of robot production lines.
