There is a bus voltage check organization inside the inverter, and when the bus voltage measurement value is lower than a certain threshold, the inverter will report the undervoltage problem.

There are many reasons for the formation of DC bus undervoltage, which should be analyzed according to the actual situation. If you find the right source and then prescribe the right medicine, you can generally deal with it.

1. The first is the influence from the incoming line voltage.

If the quality of the power grid is not good, and there is a momentary voltage drop, it will inevitably form a bus voltage that is too low. In the process of starting large equipment, it is inevitable that the grid voltage will drop. Occasional momentary voltage drops are difficult to capture, making it more difficult to diagnose the problem. If it can be confirmed that there is a problem with the quality of the power grid (such as a short-term drop in voltage formed when the large motor is started), and it is difficult to change such a power environment, then the "active restart" function of the inverter can be enabled, and when the voltage drops, the inverter will be stopped under voltage; When the grid is restored, the inverter actively starts again.

It is also a good option to add a voltage regulator to the inlet. However, it is necessary to use the inverter-specific one.

During lightning, it may also have an instantaneous impact on the grid voltage, and it may also form an undervoltage problem of the inverter. However, lightning is also a very accidental event, and it will not always bother the operation of the inverter. However, for safety reasons, the factory should have lightning protection measures.
