DC motor speed regulation method - Delta

There are three speed regulation methods for DC motors: armature loop string resistance, armature voltage regulation and speed regulation, and weak magnetic field speed regulation. The three speed regulation methods can achieve stepless speed regulation.

                               DC motor speed regulation method - Delta

1. Armature loop string resistance

The arrival of an applied resistor into the armature loop with the intention of speed regulation.

Speed regulation direction: increase the resistance, and the speed decreases.

Stability function: poor stability

Slippery function: Poor slippery properties

2. Armature voltage regulation and speed regulation

The armature supply voltage U of the conditioning motor reaches the speed regulation intent.

Speed control direction: drop voltage, speed drop.

Stability function: excellent stability

Slippery function: excellent smoothness

3. Weak magnetic speed regulation
