Intelligent CNC architecture
In response to its integration into the Industry 4.0 factory ecosystem, Delta has also proposed a new intelligent CNC architecture when it launched the NC5 series of next-generation CNC manipulators, with CNC manipulators as the center and connecting Delta's rich products in series. With the significant upgrade of hardware specifications and performance, the NC5 series supports the open EtherCAT universal motion bus, with high compatibility and cable lengths of up to 1,000 meters, which can integrate Delta's communication servo drive system ASDA-A3 / ASDA-B3 series and I/O modules R2-EC / R1-EC at high speed and stability to form a complete processing plan. In addition, Delta also provides the NC3 series of CNC manipulators, which can be connected to the ASDA-A3/S series of communication servo drive systems in series according to DMCNET high-speed communication motion control, and integrate high-speed series optical coupling I/O NC-EIO with Remote I/O. Both plans can be equipped with a communication ring encoder RHM or a pulse encoder EH5.
