(1) The core noise is large: it is normal for the electromagnetic system to produce a slight humming sound during operation, if the sound is too loud or abnormal, it can be judged that the electromagnetic system has a problem, and there are three reasons:

(1) Poor contact between the armature and the core or tilting of the armature. After repeated collisions between the armature and the core, the touch surface is worn or deformed, or there is rust, oil, dust, etc. on the touch surface, which will constitute poor touch on the touch surface, resulting in oscillation and noise during absorption, accelerating the damage of the core, and overheating the coil. When severe, it will even burn the coil;

(2) Damage to the short-circuit ring: During the operation of the communication toucher, after repeated collisions, the short-circuit ring embedded in the end face of the core may crack or fall, and the core will oscillate violently and make a large noise. The corner and groove C part outside the short-circuit ring cracking groove can be welded firmly or replaced from scratch as it is during maintenance, and solidified with epoxy resin;

(3) Mechanical

Reason: If the contact excitation is too large or because the moving part is blocked, so that the armature and the core cannot be completely engaged, it will constitute strong oscillation and noise.

(2) The armature cannot be sucked: When the coil of the communication toucher is connected to the current, the armature cannot be attracted by the core, and the power supply should be disconnected immediately to avoid the coil being incinerated.

(3) The armature is not released: when the coil is powered off, the armature is not released, and the power supply should be disconnected immediately to avoid accidents.

(4) Defects of the coil and its repair: The cause of the major defect of the coil is that the coil is overheated or even burned due to the excessive current that passes. The coil current is excessive because:

(1) Inter-turn short circuit of the coil: due to the insulation of the coil or mechanical damage, it constitutes an inter-turn short circuit or a local short circuit to the ground, and a large short circuit current is generated in the coil to incinerate the coil.

(2) There is a gap between the core and the armature when it is closed: when the voltage at both ends of the communication touch device coil is punctual, the greater its impedance, the smaller the passing current, and when the armature is in the separation direction, the impedance of the coil is small, and the passing current is large. If the armature and the core do not fit perfectly or there is a gap. In the process of core engagement, the gap between the armature and the core gradually decreases, and the impedance of the coil gradually increases. If the armature and the core do not fit completely or there is a gap, the coil current will increase, resulting in overheating or even incineration of the coil. If the operating frequency is too high, it will also overheat under the huge current impact and cause the coil to be incinerated.

After the coil is burned, it should be wound from scratch. If the number of turns of the wanlu is not much, and the short circuit is close to the end of the coil, the rest of the circuit is still intact. You can remove the damaged turns. The rest can be used sustainably. When the coil needs to be rewound, the number of turns and wire diameter of the coil can be found from the nameplate or manual, and the number of turns and wire diameter can be measured from the incineration coil. After the coil is wound, it is pre-baked in the oven of 105 * C - 1 10 dragons for 3 hours, cooled to 60 °C - 70 °C, soaked in insulating paint, and put it into the oven of 110 °C - 120 °C for drying. The cooling pump is always ready for use.
