The contactor is an automatic switch for industrial roofs to control its on/off with a button. The contactor consists of an electromagnetic coil, a static armature, a moving armature, a static contact, a moving contact and a fixing bracket. The principle is that when the electromagnetic coil of the contactor is connected to the communication force, a strong magnetic field will occur to make the static armature installed in the center of the coil attract the moving armature, and when the two groups of armature are closed, the moving contact installed on the dynamic armature is also closed with the static contact, so that the electrical circuit is connected. When the current in the solenoid coil is disconnected, the magnetic field disappears and the contactor recovers to a disconnected condition under the effect of the spring. In industrial electrical, there are many types of contactors, and the current ranges from 5A to 1000A, and its use is appropriately wide.
Contactor refers to an electrical appliance that uses a coil to flow through an electric current to generate a magnetic field to close the contact to control the load. Because it can quickly block the main circuit of communication and DC and can frequently connect to the circuit of high-current control (some types can reach 800 amperes), it is often used as a control object for motors, and can also be used to control power loads such as factory equipment, electric heaters, machine tools and various power units, and as a long-distance control equipment.
The communication contactor uses the main contact to open and close the circuit, and the auxiliary contact is used to turn on the control loop. The main contact generally only has a normally open contact, while the auxiliary contact often has two pairs of normally open and normally closed contacts, and the small contactor is often used as a central relay with the main circuit. The contacts of the communication contactor, made of silver-tungsten alloy, have excellent electrical conductivity and high temperature ablation resistance. The power of the communication contactor comes from the communication electromagnet, which is made of two "mountain" shaped fine silicon steel sheets stacked, one of which is fixed, and the coil is sleeved on it, and the operating voltage is available in a variety of options. In order to stabilize the magnetic force, the suction surface of the iron core is added with a short-circuit ring. After the power loss of the communication contactor, it is reset by relying on the spring. The other half is the movable core, which is constructed in the same way as the fixed core, and is used to drive the switch of the main and auxiliary contacts. Contactors above 20 amps are equipped with an arc extinguishing cover, which uses the electromagnetic force generated when the circuit is disconnected to quickly break the arc and maintain the contact. The contactor has a high frequency of power opening and blocking control, and the high operating frequency can even reach 1200 times per hour. The service life of the contactor is very high, the mechanical life is generally millions to 10 million times, and the electric life is generally hundreds of thousands to millions of times.
Electromagnetic Contactors (Air Type)
The electromagnetic contactor is mainly composed of a contact system, an electromagnetic operating system, a bracket, an auxiliary contact and a shell (or chassis).
Because the coil of the communication electromagnetic contactor is generally powered by the communication power supply, after the contactor is excited, there will generally be a high decibel "cluck" noise, which has also become the characteristic of the electromagnetic contactor.
Although after the 80s, countries have developed the silent and power-saving communication contactor electromagnet, and one of the basic feasible plans is to de-voltage the transformer for the communication power supply, and then convert it into a DC power supply through the internal rectifier to supply power, but this complex control method is rare.

How does the interference of the frequency converter occur? -- Electricity production
To discuss the disturbance problem of LS inverter, we must first understand the operating principle of inverter, from the structural point of view, inverter is divided into direct inverter and direct inverter. The direct inverter is a communication that directly converts the I frequency current into a controllable frequency, and there is no intermediate DC link. Each phase of it ...
