1. The load is too heavy, the load carried by the motor is too heavy, or in other words, the resistance torque of the production machinery exceeds the additional torque of the motor.

2. Use improper overload, for example, increase the operating frequency of the inverter to the extra frequency of the motor, and when the motor runs above the extra frequency, it will enter the constant power operation area, and its useful torque decreases with the rise of frequency, when the useful torque is less than the load torque, the motor is overloaded.

3. Improper overload of functional preset, for example, a production machine is in a light load state, the operating frequency is very low, and the torque increase (U/f ratio) is preset too large, resulting in "overload" due to magnetic circuit saturation during low-frequency operation.

Because the output voltage of the inverter is already low when running at low frequencies, if the distance between the motor and the inverter is large, and the wire diameter of the connecting wire is thin, the line voltage drop may cause the lack of voltage on the motor side.

In the U/f control method, the output voltage of the inverter at low frequency operation depends on the amount of torque increase. When the torque increase is small, it will lead to a lack of voltage obtained by the motor.
