With the support of data processing, signal analysis and computer skills, the transmission system uses dynamic error detection equipment, starting from the measurement of time domain error information, and the internal dynamic test of the transmission system should include the following aspects.

(1) Dynamic accuracy detection of transmission chain

The encouragement of the transmission system includes the periodic encouragement caused by the processing and assembly errors of the cycloidal wheel, pinwheel, gear, worm gear, worm screw, screw, shaft system, etc., the vibration and impact encouragement of the transmission parts in the operation of the transmission chain, and the random encouragement caused by the shaking of the power grid and the instability of the instantaneous operation of the transmission parts.

(2) Time domain analysis and handling of errors

The data processing skills are used to calculate and process the error samples in the time domain. The characteristic values of the transmission system in the time domain can be obtained, and the accuracy of the system can be commented on. Then, the nature of the error can be confirmed by analyzing the time domain error of the system.

(3) Frequency domain analysis of errors

Using the spectrum analysis skills in signal analysis, the time domain error of the cycloidal pinwheel reducer system is changed to the frequency domain for spectrum analysis, and then the spectrum obtained from the analysis is compared and analyzed with the speed of each transmission part of the transmission chain under certain working conditions, so that the fault parts in the chain and the contribution of each transmission part error to the error of the whole chain can be accurately found, and then the fault diagnosis of the transmission system can be realized.
