The so-called logical stage is to be able to complete the general logical planning in the relay system, since it is a relay system, so the knowledge of power drag is the foundation of this stage. I personally summarize that the root of learning the relay system lies in the word "grab", and the reason why the relay system can complete the logical control lies in this word. In the relay system, there are mainly three Dongdong A normally open; B normally closed; C-coil. This corresponds to the basic elements in the PLC, but the way of reading is different.

So is it possible to copy the original relay system? No way! The working methods of the two are different. All the hard elements in the relay system start to compete in the same tense, and all the soft elements in the PLC are scanned and calculated by the PLC's CPU, and finally calculate the results of the tense, which is the PLC scanning cycle working method. Two. Sequential phase

Sequential control is widely used in industry, such as general automatic machine tools, which is a sequential control process. There are two ways to complete the sequential control of PLC planning: first, the sequential control instruction in the PLC; Second, the control method of the stop. No matter what kind of control method, at the beginning of the planning, we have to finish the process, which is the head of the system, and there are three main aspects: one "step", two "activity steps", and three "conversion conditions".

The reason why I call it the assembly stage is because it is very similar to the assembly language programming of the microcontroller, for example, the transmission instruction MOV in the microcontroller, and the high-level instruction in the PLC is also functional. This stage is more difficult, the first is to learn the basics of computers; Second, we should fully understand the internal functions and resources of PLC; Third, familiarize yourself with the function of advanced instructions (no rote memorization). If you don't understand the computer foundation, you can't understand it at all when learning advanced instructions and PLC resources, and the ideas in planning are very different from the relay system, for example: I0.0 and IB0, the first is "bit", that is, the "point" of logical planning, and the second is "byte", which is not involved in logical planning.

Four. Special Stage

Special phases are for systems with specific functions, such as motion control, PID temperature control, network connection, etc. Different PLCs can complete different functions, some functions are integrated in the PLC and some are required to expand, so it is necessary to choose according to different control objects. Grasping this stage can greatly improve the PLC program, but it is also necessary to grasp other automation knowledge other than PLC, such as servo, inverter and so on.

Five. Network stage

With the development of automation technology, the use of PLC as a lower computer is also very common.
