Founded in 1996, SNC's main product line covers CNC systems, general-purpose inverters, servo motors, gear motors and other products, which are widely used in high-end manufacturing occupations such as cars, aviation, electronics, pharmaceuticals, logistics and new energy, and many products are exported to overseas shopping malls. In the virtual construction phase of the factory, Siemens completed the virtual construction of the factory in the software system with the help of digital twin skills that cover the aspects of factory demand analysis, layout planning, production process simulation, and virtual commissioning. In the physical construction and operation stage, according to the big data analysis of Siemens Industry Cloud and its organic combination with the industrial Internet of Things system, the production process is further optimized, real-time and reliable data support is provided for practical production, and digital production and management are completed. After the new plant is put into operation, the production capacity will be nearly doubled, the output power will be improved by 20%, the flexible production capacity will be improved by 30%, the time to market will be shortened by nearly 20%, the space utilization rate will be improved by 40%, and the material flow power will be improved by 50%. The new plant will be able to produce two categories of products, electronics and electrical manufacturing, which are very different from raw materials, production equipment and process flow.
Low carbon and environmental protection are also factors that Siemens should consider at the beginning of the planning of SNC's new plant. The plant adopts a number of internationally advanced low-carbon environmental protection technologies: the use of rooftop photovoltaic systems to supply part of the clean energy for the operation of the plant; using ground source heat pump skills to improve energy efficiency in winter heating and summer cooling; Use high-power water pumps and fans, heat recovery devices, rainwater recycling systems, wind and photovoltaic LED street lights, intelligent lighting control systems and solar water heating systems to maximize energy conservation and emission reduction. Together, these energy saving and emission reduction measures will help make SNC's new plant a green, efficient and low-carbon demonstration plant, which is expected to save about 5.06 million kWh of electricity, 6,286 cubic meters of water and 3,325 tons of carbon emissions per year.
