In order to achieve a jump in production capacity at the critical juncture of the respiratory rehabilitation equipment market, enterprises urgently need to enhance their core competitiveness through strong innovation capabilities, production capacity and order processing capabilities. In this project, the two parties pioneered the new concept of "logistics centralization of manufacturing plants" in the field of medicine, taking the automated three-dimensional warehouse as the central hub of the factory, opening up the logistics channel between the storage area and the production workshop on each floor, solving the functional needs of each process of production and manufacturing and the production workshop on each floor, and realizing the lean flow of the whole value chain of the supply chain, production and service of the smart factory. In addition, SIASUN Medical's modular and standardized product design concept promotes the further streamlining of the production line process chain, and the new factory realizes the intelligence of the whole process of automated production logistics, warehousing and distribution, online testing, etc., which greatly improves the space utilization rate and factory turnover efficiency.

The intelligent logistics system is mainly composed of three-dimensional warehouse, logistics automation intelligent equipment, production logistics management system and enterprise information system, which meets the storage and delivery needs of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished products, finished products and other materials for oxygen concentrators and ventilators in the factory. Factory logistics takes automated three-dimensional warehouse as the core, builds a digital workshop and flexible manufacturing factory based on the industrial Internet, and the production line delivers goods on time and on demand, so as to realize the informatization of on-site warehousing and distribution and the precise control of materials. The project adopts the production line data acquisition system (SCADA) and intelligent testing equipment, combined with visual recognition and other technologies, to realize the whole process tracking of manufacturing information, product quality traceability and quality control.

In the design and planning of the plant, SIASUN carries out scientific partitioning based on the principles of shortest operation path and maximization of equipment utilization to reduce the energy consumption of equipment operation; The flexible logistics scheme is adopted to further streamline the number of entrances and exits in front of the warehouse, which not only improves the space utilization, but also reduces the unnecessary temperature loss in the process of entering and exiting the warehouse, and saves the energy consumption of the factory.
