The GCR14-1400 cobot works with a vacuum suction cup to alternately depalletize and palletize boxes. The GCR20-1100 cobot tightens the engine block by means of a screw module at the end and an automatic screw feeding system.
In the tightening process, the automatic screw feeding system controls the speed of the nail through the control unit and reminds the lack of material, the tightening module detects the screw in place status through the screw in place sensor, the electric CNC screwdriver confirms the screw tightening through the depth sensor detection and torque monitoring feedback, and the robot can carry the tightening module to achieve multi-position rapid tightening work.
In tightening, the maximum torque that can be achieved by different cobots is affected by factors such as the reducer and arm span used by the robot. GCR20-1100 has excellent torque transmission performance and moderate arm span, and the torque value it can achieve has reached the industry-leading level. Constant force surface grinding
At the end of the cobot, a retractable intelligent floating grinding head with force control technology is installed, and the surface is polished by pneumatic means to maintain a constant force. This application can be used to grind all kinds of blanks in the manufacturing industry.
Gluing
An electric glue gun is installed at the end of the cobot, and compressed air is used as an auxiliary to promote the spraying of glue, and the end of the robot is sprayed with a variety of glue according to the required trajectory.
