Automatic tightening
The intention of the SCR5 collaborative robot screw active tightening is to supply the screws at random through the screw active feeder to tighten the module in an orderly manner, and the end of the robot is equipped with a tightening module, and the electric CNC screwdriver can tighten the screws in the specified direction through the tightening module.
It is equipped with a screw active feeder, the feeder controls the nail speed and the feeder shortage reminder through the control unit, the tightening module detects the screw in place through the screw in place sensor, and the electric CNC screwdriver confirms the screw tightening through the depth sensor detection and torque monitoring response, and the robot can complete the multi-directional and rapid tightening operation with the tightening module. This application demonstrates the ultra-high repeatability of the multi-collaborative robot (±0.02 mm).
In the actual production scenario, tightening is a very monotonous and boring operation, and there are still factories that choose workers to tighten screws with tightening guns in hand, and the use of collaborative robots can liberate workers to engage in more challenging operations.

3D visual sorting
Many times, we need the robot to have recognition, analysis, processing and other more advanced functions, the visual system is equivalent to the robot equipped with "eyes", the mainstream vision system includes 2D vision and 3D vision, 2D vision price is more advantageous, but its comparison with 3D vision has certain limitations, for example, can not measure such as object flatness, surface viewpoint, part of the volume, perhaps distinguish the same color of objects and other characteristics; On the other hand, changes in illumination can also lead to measurement errors.
The 3D visual sorting of collaborative robots is to three-dimensional flat objects through the 3D camera equipped with the robot, and then accurately measure the volume and center orientation of the object through the machine vision algorithm to guide the robot to accurately grasp.
In practice, the robot equipped with the 3D vision system can accurately identify the size, color, and spacing of the grabbed materials, and sort the messy materials according to the preset rules.
Now it should be used mainly for loading and unloading, sorting, palletizing and other links, with a sorting pass rate of more than 99%, and in the field of e-commerce/logistics, it can complete the unmanned operation of goods picking and placing links, saving manpower costs.
Service use
