(2) It is strictly forbidden to use batteries of different manufacturers, different capacities and different models in the same system.
(3) VRLA batteries do not need to be charged for the first time before use, but should be recharged. The supplementary charging voltage should be carried out in accordance with the rules of the product skill specification.
(4) Balanced charging of VRLA batteries: Under normal circumstances, when the VRLA battery meets one of the following conditions, it should be charged evenly (if there are special skill requirements, the product skill specification shall prevail), and the charging current shall not be greater than 0.2C10.
(1) There are more than two floating charge voltages lower than 2.18V/pcs.
(2) It is not necessary to put aside more than three months at a time.
(3) Full float charge operation for 6 months.
(4) The depth of discharge exceeds 20% of the additional capacity.
(5) Regarding high-voltage DC, the maintenance problem of server input overvoltage (282V) should be considered when equalizing the charge.
(5) The charging amount of the battery is generally not less than 1.2 times of the discharged amount, and when the charging current is maintained for 3 consecutive hours and does not drop, it is regarded as the termination of charging.
(6) The floating charge voltage of the battery is set according to the requirements of the product skill manual, and pay attention to the temperature compensation. Under normal circumstances, the floating charge voltage is 2.23-2.25V (25C, 2V monomer), and the float charge voltage U=U0(25°C)+(25-t)×0.003 (t=ambient temperature) at a certain actual temperature.
(7) The maximum difference of the terminal voltage of each battery in the whole group should not be greater than 90mV (2V), 240mV (6V) and 480mV (12V) during floating charge, and the internal resistance deviation should not exceed 15%.
(8) Battery capacity test and discharge test should be carried out regularly.
(1) A check discharge experiment should be done once a year to release 30%-40% of the additional capacity.
(2) It is advisable to do a capacity test every 3 years
(3) During the discharge of the battery, the single voltage and discharge current should be recorded at a certain distance at a certain time
