How to archive and sort out the paper archives and form a digital scheduling and access system is a key part of the archives management.
According to the inventory instructions of the file handler, the intelligent file handling robot identifies the QR code label on the file through the visual code scanner, accurately classifies all kinds of paper files, extracts file data, compares it with the existing archives, and regularly inventories the file warehouse. Without human intervention, the inventory and archiving mission is completed independently, and the real completion of the archives is handled unmanned.
Together, the data retrieved from the archives and the data of the robot access process are viewed through the data computing system to ensure the traceability of the data circulating in the archive carrier. It greatly improves the operability and safety of the intelligent file handling robot operation.
