　　At the event, AUBO first released the new products of AUBO high-performance iS series. From the material point of view, the iS series of high-performance products includes a total of 3 new types, which are divided into iS7, iS10 and iS20 robotic arms according to the load. The three new products are equipped with a newly planned control cabinet and teach pendant, and on the whole, the robotic arm body has been greatly improved in terms of accuracy, speed, protection and other functions, and the accuracy is more stable and faster, and the protection level can reach up to IP68.

It is worth noting that the new generation of mobile collaborative robots can unify the control and power supply of the perception module, mobile module and robotic arm through the integrated operating system, so as to complete the multi-point scheduling of one machine, thus demonstrating a more comprehensive robot composite advantage.

From the point of view of appearance, AUBO iS series new products for the first time adopt the metallic silver plan, which is a new appearance attempt of AUBO. The plan not only allows AUBO to add a new type recognition logo to the orange and yellow base tone, but also prints specific type information on it, which not only meets the needs of multiple industrial scenes, but also has a very simple and clean visual and intuitive touch.

In terms of function, AUBO has also greatly improved this series of robotic arms.

The most useful and clear requirements for industrial scenarios are precision and speed, both of which have seen significant increases in the new iS series.

Originally, due to the diversity and time variation of the robot system's on-site working conditions, most of the collaborative robotic arms would have a decrease in repeatability after long-term operation, or the problem of low-speed jitter caused by end position error due to long-term load dynamic shaking.

For the manufacturing industry, simply put, it is the process of discovering problems, understanding problems, and solving problems, during which it is difficult to obtain information such as quality defects, lack of accuracy, equipment faults, high cost, low power, etc., and abstract it into theory, and then use knowledge to know, prevent and solve the problem.

For example, in order to solve the problem of wavering track accuracy in the high temperature difference environment found by AUBO in welding gluing, after continuously optimizing the temperature compensation parameters, finally succeeded in reducing the influence of temperature on the accuracy of the robotic arm on the new iS series products. Together, AUBO has adopted a new hardware plan to add a high-precision absolute encoder, which has improved the initial accuracy and significantly improved the jitter of the robot arm at low speeds.

In terms of speed, AUBO has also found the right way. After the overall planning and the in-depth planning of the parts, AUBO iS series not only reduces the weight of the whole series of bodies, but also completes the modular planning, and the number of structural parts is optimized to reduce by 30% to minimize the weight of parts.

After the de novo definition of the ratio of reducer and motor, the optimization and integration of parts will better control the row tolerance of the body, and the calibration process will be more detailed, and the new core component optimization plan has been completed. Equipped with ARAL control algorithm, AUBO makes the robot model parameters more refined, and the leading motion control skills respond quickly and give full play to the maximum function of the joints.

Together, on the basis of AUBO's integrated modular planning concept, the iS series has upgraded to 6 standard new standard modules, which can be combined according to the needs of use to derive more types of robotic arms, and the modular planning can also complete rapid replacement and faster maintenance.
