Previously, the dairy industry usually used the traditional process process of "one observation, two tests and three classifications", following the form of human operation, with low production efficiency and lagging production capacity; Together, due to the constraints of the owner's perception of the operation and the different product standards, shapes and packaging of the dairy industry itself, the quality control standards are redundant, which increases the difficulty of sorting and packaging; The limited space in the factory and the unfriendly working environment also lead to the high manpower cost of the enterprise.

In view of the above occupational pain points and common problems, AUBO Robotics has joined hands with partners to customize intelligent production line automation solutions for dairy occupations, and the company's digital intelligent chemical factory in Ningxia has introduced AUBO i10 collaborative robots and i20 collaborative robots, and put them into the production line together with other intelligent equipment to create a three-dimensional, efficient, efficient and intelligent "green and smart" factory. During this period, AUBO dispatched professional and skilled personnel to the site for debugging, craftsmanship, and showed strong inclusiveness in the sorting, loading and unloading, picking, transferring, palletizing, and packing of multi-category and multi-standard products in the beverage and dairy industry.

1. Large arm span operation, sensitive layout

When the milk tanker transports the milk into the factory, AUBO i20 cobot will stretch out its large arm span, lift the lid of the milk storage tank, and the milk will be separated from the filling machine and placed in the corresponding container, and then the AUBO i10 cobot will track and grab it at a fixed point, put it in the transfer basket, and wait for the next process.

AUBO i20 cobot has a maximum load of 20kg and a working radius of up to 1650mm, which is designed for large working ranges and heavy transfers. The large arm span operation form makes it not constrained by external conditions when lifting the lid of the milk storage tank, and has high sensitivity, accuracy and safety; Together, the sensitive device method makes the layout faster, without changing the layout of the existing production line, and can be installed at any point of view, bringing a more economical and efficient production experience to the enterprise.

2. Loading and unloading and picking, faster and faster

AUBO robotic arm has a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.02mm, which can transfer and stack materials at the same rhythm, which is safe and stable to ensure the accuracy of stacking. AUBO collaborative robots have sensitive joints, and can work alone or work side by side with people to complete tasks and complete 24-hour continuous operation in the process of picking up and placing milk, and the whole process is fast and stable, helping enterprises to complete production goals more efficiently.

3. Replace people in the business and save manpower costs
