AUBO develops indoor and outdoor spraying robots

AUBO has worked with partners to break the space constraints and developed two spraying robots for indoor wall spraying and exterior wall spraying of high-rise buildings for two different application scenarios, indoor and outdoor. Suitable for a variety of spraying environments, the mobile spraying robot also has the functions of autonomous navigation, ranging and obstacle avoidance, without human intervention, and the operation can be completed through computer operation and monitoring over long distances. The use of collaborative robots for spraying operations can reach 80-100 square meters/h, which can improve the operation efficiency by more than 50%, save 35% of paint, and achieve a 100% paint yield rate.

  The construction quality of wall painting depends on the experience, sense of responsibility and even physical strength of the workers, and there is no standard measurement and construction method. In particular, there have always been relatively large potential safety hazards in the construction of exterior walls. AUBO cobots are used instead of manual spraying, and the work is carried out steadily and repetitively according to the engineer's program instructions. The spray gun and the workpiece maintain a predetermined distance and viewpoint, the paint output is stable, and the robot can also take the spray gun to the parts that are difficult to spray manually, the construction is standardized, the spraying quality is stable, and the operator can monitor it for a long time. After the robot is programmed, it can complete smooth and accurate operations. It has the ability to work at night, and has 24-hour continuous construction, saving manpower and improving the quality of spraying.

AUBO collaborative robots replace spraying operators from risky working environments and boring working conditions, which can reduce the company's expenses on protective equipment, and reduce the subsequent compensation costs and legal costs for workers' physical injuries caused by working environment factors. At the same time, manual dragging and teaching can be used to record the operation track, which greatly shortens the on-site debugging time. In order to ensure the uniformity of spraying, the robotic arm is equipped with a lifting system and translation device, the robotic arm can move directionally under the condition of constant speed, and the repeated positioning accuracy of AUBO cobot can reach ±0.02mm, which can evenly and accurately brush the paint.
