When the vehicle is parked in place, the robot actively establishes a connection with the vehicle, senses that the vehicle has been parked, and actively opens the charging door. The charging robot actively locates the spatial posture of the charging port through the vision system, and AUBO robotic arm actively aligns the charging gun head at the charging port according to the spatial posture coordinates of the charging port and inserts the action until the charging gun is plugged into place and stops. During the charging process, AUBO robotic arm has always maintained the reliable connection of the charging gun, until it is fully charged, the robotic arm takes the initiative to pull out the gun and complete the entire charging process.
The above charging method is to integrate the charging gun at the end of the robotic arm to complete the function of active charging. In addition, the charging robot can also grab the standard charging gun to charge the vehicle like a human.
During the charging process, the owner can check the charging status on the mobile phone, or control the robotic arm through the mobile phone to carry out the mission of inserting the gun to charge or pulling out the gun to end the charging.
