AUBO brought its star product I series collaborative robots to the audience, bringing processing solutions for automotive, machining, new retail, physiotherapy and other industries, and showcasing the latest robot intelligent technology.

AUBO mobile collaborative robot can complete the loading and unloading operations of multiple CNC machining centers in turn, and after visual positioning, the robotic arm can accurately grasp the workpiece and deal with the problems of high labor intensity and poor precision control of manual feeding. The new three-in-one mobile collaborative robot composed of AUBO collaborative robot, unmanned mobile chassis (AGV) and vision camera is arranged in a central controller with robotic arm algorithm, 2D vision algorithm, 2.5D vision algorithm and unmanned mobile chassis navigation algorithm, and the above three equipment are operated through a unified robot control software, and the "hand, eye, brain, and foot" cooperation is selected, which greatly enhances the reachable range of robot operations, and can be used in more scenarios such as industry, medicine, scientific research, and social science.

In the later process of the production line, most of the workers carry out the production operation manually, such as when they go to the packaging and palletizing process, which often brings a heavy labor load to the workers. AUBO i20 collaborative robot has a maximum load of up to 20kg, a working radius of up to 1650mm, and a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.1mm, which can complete the stacking of different materials. While having the safety and ease of use of collaborative robots, the large load and large arm span make it have a larger working space and stronger working capacity, and the overall speed is more than 50% faster than that of manual work, and it can continue to run uninterruptedly, and can also interact safely with production line workers.

The automated 3D measurement robot adopts the advanced multi-frequency heterodyne principle, is equipped with the high-performance blue light surface scanning 3D probe independently developed by AUBO partners, organically integrates the robot, turntable, tooling fixture and other components, integrates machine vision, automatic control, computer software and other skills, and completes the automatic 3D measurement and accuracy detection of small and medium-sized complex parts through measurement angle planning software, 3D measurement software and data processing software. With the support of AUBO collaborative robots, the measurement is more flexible, the positioning is more accurate, and the production efficiency is also greatly improved.

In the chain supermarket distribution center, the amount of sorting accounts for about 40%-60%, which is the most manpower and time-consuming operation, coupled with the fact that product circulation tends to be just-in-time, a variety of types and small batches, manual sorting has been unable to meet the requirements of large-scale sorting and distribution. AUBO collaborative robots have a repeatable positioning accuracy of ±0.02mm, and are equipped with ecological software flexible grippers and 3D vision, which can not only identify, pick and place products more quickly and accurately, liberate workers from repetitive and high-intensity operations, but also have higher compatibility with the shape, size and weight of products.

After 3D structured light visual scanning, force control and other skills, the robot can actively perceive the physiotherapy massage area in three dimensions, actively adjust the therapeutic energy output according to the treatment results, use big data to calculate respiratory rate, body temperature and other data, and actively memorize the massage trajectory, built-in health plan, complete the establishment of an exclusive database for different groups of people, and provide users with better quality from the perspective of science, professionalism and standardizationSmarter customized health services.
