1. All operators using the robot system should be trained through the training courses hosted by AUBO (Beijing) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. Users need to ensure that they fully grasp the safe and standardized operation process and have the qualification to operate the robot.

2. Workers using the robot system should refrain from wearing loose clothing or jewelry. When operating the robot, make sure that the long hair is tied up at the back of the head.

3. Even if the robot appears to have stopped while the machine is running, it may be that the robot is about to operate because it is waiting for a start signal. Even in such a state, the robot should be considered to be in action.

4. Lines should be drawn on the floor to mark the range of motion of the robot, so that the operator understands the range of motion of the robot including holding tools (manipulators, tools, etc.).

5. Ensure that safety measures (e.g., guardrails, ropes, or screens) are in place near the robot's operating area to protect the operator and those around them. Locks should be set up as needed so that no one other than the operator in charge of the operation can contact the robot power supply.

6. When using the operation panel and teach pendant, there may be a mistake in operation due to wearing gloves, so be sure to remove the gloves before working.

7. In emergency and abnormal situations such as when a person is caught or enclosed by a robot, force the joint to move by pushing or pulling the robot arm with force (at least 700 N). Manually moving the robot arm without an electric drive is limited to emergency situations and may cause damage to the joints.
