The size, style, and raw material of the sole are variable, and these factors will affect the position and thickness of the glue. AUBO combines the robotic arm motion control system with the 3D vision system to implement the sole gluing solution.
The 3D vision camera accurately extracts the edge contour of the sole, and AUBO i5 collaborative robot is equipped with a glue gun to apply glue along the three-dimensional curve of the sole, and the repeated positioning accuracy of the robotic arm is ±0.02mm, which can stably control the gluing trajectory and produce uniform glue.
This case can also be widely used in various scenarios that require gluing, such as the car parts industry and the 3C electronics industry.
In the later process of the production line, manual palletizing and packing often brings heavy labor load to workers, and also limits the processing volume and quality of palletizing.
