Air switch principle: when the line is overloaded, although the overload current can not make the electromagnetic tripper move, it can make the bimetal sheet bend upwards when heated, and push the lever to disconnect the hook and the lock to break the main contact. When the line produces a short circuit or severe overload current, the short-circuit current exceeds the current value of the instantaneous trip, and the electromagnetic tripper generates a large enough suction force to suck the armature and hit the lever, so that the hook rolls up and disengages the lock, and the lock breaks the main contact under the action of the reaction spring. On the contrary, when the voltage is normal, the electromagnet catches the armature, and when the voltage drops or the power is lost, the armature is released and the main contact is disconnected. When the power supply voltage returns to normal, it must be re-closed before operation.
The sockets, lamp heads, kitchens, bathrooms, refrigerators, and air conditioners on each road should be put out independently, and each road should have its own air switch, high-power rooms, such as kitchens and bathrooms, and the lines above 4 square millimeters should reach 20A, and the general lamp head lines only need 16A, and each line has specific specifications. When testing whether the air switch is normal, you should ask a professional to use a leakage phase detector to detect. If the air switch is in normal maintenance, the air switch of each circuit will trip on its own, and the leakage maintainer will also trip with it. If the air switch is in an abnormal state, then only the main switch trips, the air switch alone does not trip, and the leakage maintainer does not trip.
