Charging resistance

The function is to prevent the capacitor from short-circuiting to the ground at the moment of power-on, and the voltage at the two ends of the capacitor before the energy storage capacitor is burned out is 0V; Therefore, at the moment of power-on (power-on), the capacitor is short-circuited to the ground. If the rectifier bridge and the electrolytic capacitor are not charged without a charging resistor, it is equivalent to a direct short circuit of the 380V power supply to the ground, and the rectifier bridge will be blown up by an infinite current in an instant. Generally speaking, the higher the power of the inverter, the smaller the charging resistance. The selection scale of the charging resistor is generally 10-300Ω.

Energy storage capacitors

Also known as electrolytic capacitors, the primary role in the charging circuit is energy storage and filtering. The voltage working scale of the PN terminal is generally between 430VDC and 700VDC, and the general high-voltage capacitors are about 400VDC, in order to meet the withstand voltage requirements, it is necessary to string two 400VDC capacitors together for 800VDC. Voltage equalization resistor: prevent the energy storage capacitor from being burned out due to the uneven voltage of the energy storage capacitor; Because it is impossible for two electrolytic capacitors to be exactly the same, the voltage received on each capacitor may be different, and the heat generated by the high acceptance voltage (the equivalent series resistance in the capacitor) or the withstand voltage value may be exceeded and damaged.

C2 capacitor

Power strip
