The output terminal of the inverter needs to be directly connected to the motor, and do not use devices such as contactors to be used in series, otherwise the motor operation may be unbalanced due to the voltage drop caused by the contact.
The control circuit of the inverter seems to have a lot of lines, and in practice it can be understood into two logics, one is the start-stop logic control, which is used to meet the starting and stopping requirements of the inverter, which can be controlled by the external I/O terminal, in short, it is a or two switch contacts input to the inverter, which can use self-locking buttons, PLC output points or self-protecting relay contacts to finish. Of course, you can also go through the buttons RUN and STOP on the panel to complete this start-stop logic, or through the upper computer such as a touchscreen industrial computer, and use the communication pattern to control. At present, most of the inverters on the market, the factory-set parameters are controlled by the buttons RUN and STOP on the panel to achieve this starting logic.
The other is the given logic of the frequency signal, which is a continuous analog quantity, and of course it can also be understood as a string of logical data. Factory parameters are often operated by the ↑↓ button on the surface, the common way is to connect an external 1-10K potentiometer, the two ends of the potentiometer are connected to the 10 volt positive pole and ground wire, take the center tap, so that the rotary potentiometer can output 0-10VDC voltage to the inverter, and the inverter will be given a frequency command of 0-50HZ. Of course, this analog quantity can also be given by the communication pattern of the high-level computer such as the potentiometer or touch screen of the inverter operation panel. There is also a multi-stage speed form given, for example, there are three ports H1H2H3 on the terminal, which can be combined to have 8 different frequency values to regulate the speed of the inverter.
Therefore, as long as the start and stop source and frequency source of the inverter are set, the inverter can operate normally, and the corresponding parameters on the clarification book of each inverter will be a little different, but the reason is the same.
Finally, you can also set some overload and overcurrent protection parameters, acceleration and deceleration time, frequency upper limit parameters, torque improvement parameters, as well as the starting frequency and other speed signal output scale, etc., depending on the practical equipment and working condition requirements to choose.
