1. Find the operation origin of the OTC welding robot: click "Program" on the setting box, enter 9999, press "Confirm", press "Look Forward", and the yellow displayed on the setting box is the current process.

2. Create an empty program: click on the program on the teaching box, enter the empty program number, and then press "Record".

3. Find the direction of the starting point of welding and press "record".

4. On the teaching frame, switch the coordinates to the "tool" coordinates, press "Z+" to lift the welding torch to the direction of about 10cm apart from the workpiece, move the cursor on the teaching frame to the previous step, press "Perhaps Operation" + ↑, then press "Perhaps Operation + Insert", and then press "Confirm".

5. Press "Early View" to the welding start point, enter the welding start instruction "AS", change the current, voltage and welding speed, and then press "Write". If you don't need to change the current, voltage, and welding speed, you can simply "write".

6. Find the end of the weld. Once found, change the command "Joint Point" to "Lin Line", press "Perhaps Operation +8", and then press "Record".

7. Enter the welding completion command "AE", press "Perhaps Operation + AE", and then press "Write".

8. Switch the coordinates to the "cutter" coordinates, press "Z+" to lift the welding torch to the position of about 10cm apart from the workpiece, change the command to "connection point" or "Lin line", and then press "record".

9. Click the process in the teaching box, enter "1" after calling the process, press "Confirm" to see if the robot "advances" to the process, and then click "Process" in the teaching box to find the process after ***, press "Confirm" and press "Record".

10. Enter the terminal command to complete: press "Maybe operation + finish". After completing the above ten processes, complete the welding programming of the longitudinal weld. If we have a lot of welds to weld, we just need to repeat the programming process 3-8 above.
