A lot of data is used in the internal structure of the PLC and in the user's use program. These data have the following ways in terms of structure or number system.
(1) Decimal number
Decimal numbers are also known as word data in PLC. It is primarily present at the set value K of timers and counters; Auxiliary relays, timers, counters, status relays, etc.; timer and counter time value, etc.
(2) Binary numbers
Decimal numbers, octal numbers, hexadecimal numbers, and BCD codes all exist in the form of binary numbers inside the PLC. However, when the system operation monitoring is displayed using peripheral devices, it will be restored to the original number system. A binary number is also known as digit data in a PLC. It is mainly found in the contacts and coils of various relays, timers, and counters.
(3) Octal numbers
The address numbers of the input relay and output relay of the FX series PLC are octal.
(4) Hexadecimal numbers
Hexadecimal numbers are used to use operands or actions in instructions.
(5) BCD code
The BCD code is a four-digit binary number that represents its one-digit decimal number. The decimal number in the PLC often appears in the shape of a BCD code, and it is also often used for digital switching of BCD output mode or display control of seven-segment code.
(6) Constants K, H
Constants are an integral part of PLC's internal timers, counters, and usage instructions. The constant K is used to indicate the decimal number, the scale of the 16-bit constant is -32768-+32767, and the scale of the 32-bit constant is -2147483648-+2147483647.
The constant H is used to indicate the hexadecimal number, which includes 16 digits 0-9 and A-F, with the scale of the 16-bit constant being 0-FFFF and the scale of the 32-bit constant being 0-FFFFFFFF.

The working principle of the servo motor of the Mitsubishi CNC system
1. The servo mainly relies on the pulse to position, basically it can be understood in this way, the Mitsubishi CNC system repair servo motor receives 1 pulse, it will rotate the angle corresponding to 1 pulse, and then complete the displacement, because, the servo motor itself has the function of announcing the pulse, so the servo motor ...
