In today's industrial field, when using analog-to-digital conversion or digital-to-analog conversion, most of them do not only use the standard input characteristics of -10V-+10V, 0-20mA, but according to the practical voltage and current values to make process requirements, then it is necessary to bias and gain the AD or DA module. The following is based on A1S64AD as the target of the trial.
1. Voltage input characteristics
Second, the current input characteristics
3. Resolution
4. Procedural examples
(1) Setting of bias and gain According to the above process, the range can be set within the range of user practice through bias and gain, but it should be noted that no matter what the customized range is, it must not exceed the total range of voltage -10V - +10V and current 0 Ma - 20mA, otherwise the module will be damaged. (When doing bias gain, the PLC should be in the STOP state)
(2) Programming and setting process
(a) AD changes the permissible and prohibited settings
(b) Resolution setting (the default resolution is 1/4000 under normal circumstances)
(c) Average Treatment/Sampling Treatment This is determined according to the process requirements of the practice
(d) Digital output values
The output value of AD conversion is stored in buffer addresses 10-13 according to the channel, and the digital output value is binary with 16-bit symbol, and the resolution is -4096-4095 when set at 1/4000, -8192-8191 when set at 1/8000, and -12288-12287 when set at 1/12000.
(3) Programming
Through the above procedures and settings, the AD can be changed to a digital value within the user's range.

Mitsubishi PLC set and reset command use example
1 SET Directive
The SET instruction is called an enthronement instruction. Its function is: to drive the coil, so that it has a self-locking function, and insists on the connection condition. In the diagram, when the moving contact X0 is closed, the SET command is executed to turn on the Y0 coil. After X0 is disconnected, the Y0 coil continues to insist on the ON condition, ...

The difference between the measurement of ordinary motors and inverter motors - Mitsubishi
1. The actual output waveform of the inverter is PWM wave, which contains carrier signals in addition to the fundamental wave. The carrier signal frequency is much higher than that of the fundamental wave, and it is a square wave signal, which contains a lot of higher harmonics, and the test system requires a higher sampling frequency and bandwidth.
